This project is a yachts port and at the same time is a beautiful complex that offers to the clients a graet varieties of services. The idea for a marina came as a result of requests from the clients and residents in the area where the port is thought to bebuild.The reason is:to increase and facilitate access to the coastal area residential development that is taking lately.The project is 125852 m² large and has a cost of 22 million dollars.It has different kind of service typologies in it like yacht port,hotel,restaurants,bars,small villas,sport areas,parks etc.
